Crémeux des Cîteaux is a triple cream pasteurised cow milk cheese. An exclusive creation by cheese master Rodolphe Le Meunier, it reaches a minimum of 75% fat in dry matter.
This bloomy rind cheese is creamy with a thick consistency. Its luscious paste has a sour cream flavour and fresh citrus notes. When aged, the flavours develop well, offering a buttery and pleasant brioche aroma. The mushroomy and elegant taste of the Tuber aestivum black truffle stuffing creates a good balance with the slight acidity of the cheese.
Store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
