Made with raw goat’s milk from Cabra Serrana breed in the Northeast of Portugal, Transmontano is a semi hard cheese with a yellow-ochre rind and a dense & firm spotted paste.
Matured for at least 60 days, it has a powerful bouquet and a spicy after taste.
