Since 1907, the familial Maison Sabaton brings out the best of Ardeche AOP chestnuts.
Glazed Chestnuts are a mellow treat, made with whole chestnuts candied in a sugar syrup infused with vanilla pods for 2 days, before ”resting” for a week and being covered with a thin layer of icing.
