Sea Bream, Marinated

Sea Bream, also known as “Orata” in Italy, was considered a sacred fish in ancient Roman times. It was believed to bring good luck and prosperity, making it a prized catch for both fishermen and epicureans. These Sea Breams are caught according to the fishing traditions of the village of Cetara.

The fillet undergoes a traditional processing method, where they are steamed and subsequently infused with the richness of olive oil marinade.

A precious product, ideal in the preparation of appetizers or as an ingredient to enrich fresh dishes and salads.

Store the product at room temperature. To preserve the freshness of Sea Bream Fillets after opening, store them in the coldest part of your refrigerator for a few days.
