The Coarse Sea Salt from Ile de Ré, France is heated and as soon as the salt is “dry”, the ‘fresh’ and organic spices are roasted with it. The salt is a sea salt infused with peppers, thyme, rosemary, PDO Espelette pepper, paprika, basil and marjoram.
