Rey Silo is made using the richest milk from cows that graze the Asturian pastures washed in rain and abundant in grasses and wildflowers.
Using only raw cow milk and traditional methods, Rey Silo has captured the best of the Asturian artisanal cheese tradition that is aged in our cellars in Pravia on the banks of the Nalon River.
El Rey Silo white cheese offers an intense flavour, creamy yet dry, bringing to mind Asturian meadows of wildflowers and fresh milk, with a touch of hazelnut and butter.
Its intense clean aroma of milk, mushrooms and woodlands is characteristic of the long aging process in the cellars.
Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within a few days.
