Rabbit Homemade Terrine – Bobosse

Weight: 270

contains nuts

As a highlight of our Lyon selection and one of our Producers of the Month, Bobosse is a true guardian of bouchon tradition in the heart of the city. Their charcuterie and terrines are crafted with time-honoured recipes and artisanal care that define authentic Lyonnais cuisine, making each product a taste of the region’s rich culinary soul.

This rustic terrine is made from finely minced, tender rabbit meat, seasoned with a balanced blend of aromatic herbs, garlic, and brandy. It is slowly cooked to achieve a dense, moist texture and a deep, savoury flavour with subtle gamey notes.

A classic Lyonnais starter, perfect sliced and served with cornichons, Dijon mustard, and a fresh baguette. It pairs wonderfully with a glass of light, fruity Beaujolais or a dry Côtes du Rhône red wine. It also makes an excellent addition to a picnic or charcuterie board.

Serving: For the best flavour and texture, remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving.
