Puff Pastry, Roquefort Cheese (x2)

Weight: 220

Roquefort is one of France’s oldest cheeses, aged in the natural caves of Combalou in the southwest. Only cheeses matured in these caves can carry the name, giving it a unique identity protected by tradition and AOC status since 1925.

These puff pastries combine the flakiness of buttery, golden layers with the bold, salty intensity of Roquefort. The outside is crisp and light, giving way to a warm, creamy centre where the cheese melts slightly but keeps its sharp, tangy depth. The contrast between the delicate pastry and the assertive filling creates a rich, satisfying bite that’s both savoury and indulgent, with a lingering touch of spice from the blue veins.

Perfect slightly warmed as a mid-morning snack, part of a weekend apéritif spread, or paired with a green salad for a light lunch.
