Roquefort is one of France’s oldest cheeses, aged in the natural caves of Combalou in the southwest. Only cheeses matured in these caves can carry the name, giving it a unique identity protected by tradition and AOC status since 1925.

The outside is crisp and light, giving way to a warm, creamy centre where the cheese melts slightly but keeps its sharp, tangy depth.
