They are known for their creamy, buttery texture and taste, which is often described as “floral” and “aromatic.” Some people describe white peaches as having a slightly richer sweetness with hints of muscat grape or raspberry. 

How to eat?

Peach Melba is the dessert that sublimates this fluffy, fragrant, round and fleshy fruit, check out the recipe here! Poach peaches (2 halves): Simmer for 2-3 minutes in simple syrup (1 cup water + ½ cup sugar + vanilla bean or 1 tsp extract). Let cool. Make raspberry sauce: Purée 1 cup fresh or thawed raspberries with 2 tbsp powdered sugar. Strain out seeds. Arrange: Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream in a bowl. Top: Set one poached peach half (cut-side down) on the cream. Sauce: Spoon raspberry purée over the peach. Garnish (optional): Sprinkle with sliced almonds or fresh mint. Serve immediately.
