The Primofiore lemon is a fairly recent variety; together with oranges it is one of the most typical products of Sicily. This lemon is grown in the eastern part of the Italian island.
This lemon differs from other lemons for its intense taste, due to the high acidity of its pulp, and for its good amount of juice. The skin is light yellow in colour, moderately thick and quite thin.
Perfect drizzled over salmon or oysters.
