Moelleux de Savoie is a washed raw cow milk cheese using the same traditional method as Vacherin de Bauges that gives beautiful rustic notes to the cheese. Surrounded by spruce wood and refined on wooden board, Moelleux de Savoie has a slight woody and smoky aroma. Milky, sour cream, and grassy, it is refined for a minimum of 7 weeks to allow the development of its flavours and enhance its typicity.
