Jam, White Fig – Les Petits Fruits

Les Petits Fruits is a small artisan producer based in the heart of the Ariège region, in the French Pyrenees. Surrounded by wild nature and fruit orchards, the company has been crafting traditional jams and preserves since 1982. Their recipes rely on a short list of high-quality ingredients, local sourcing wherever possible, and slow cooking in small batches to preserve the natural taste of the fruit. This white fig jam is made using ripe, hand-selected figs and cane sugar, with no additives—just pure, fruit-forward flavour.

The texture is thick and slightly chunky, with pieces of fig skin and seeds adding a rustic, natural feel. It spreads easily, with a golden hue and a delicate aroma that blends honeyed sweetness with a hint of earthiness. The taste is mellow, subtly floral, and gently sweet—less intense than black fig jam, but more nuanced, with a soft, rounded finish. It’s the kind of jam that feels homemade in the best way.
