Gin, Belle Rive Mediterranean

The Belle Rive gin was born out of a desire to pay homage to the unique flavours and landscapes of the French Riviera and to revive the gentle frenzy of the Roaring Twenties on the Côte d’Azur. Infused with the heritage of gin and its botanical treasures, Belle Rive collaborated with internationally acclaimed mixologist Luis Simoes to create this gin.

Its aroma conjures notes of vanilla, citrus zest, and May rose. The palate unfolds with a medley of citrus, coriander, and juniper, while the finish is characterized by lavender, flowers, and orange blossom leaves.

Place 4 ice cubes in a large tumbler, add 4 cl of Belle Rive gin. Top up the gin with tonic. Infuse the Gin & Tonic with the zest of a fresh lemon and a few berries. Stir your cocktail with a spoon to release all the flavours. Add a cucumber slice to enhance the flavours of Belle Rive gin.
