Foie Gras, Whole Duck, Semi-cooked

Weight: 270

Founded in 2006, Les Délices de Saint Orens produces its ducks on its own farm, Ferme Jeansarthe, a typical farm located in Cauna, a small village bordered by the Adour River, at the heart of Landes production. By raising their ducks on their own farm and overseeing their diet through their harvests and custom feed preparation, Les Délices de Saint Orens provide an unmatched product.

Foie gras is a popular and well-known delicacy in French cuisine. Its flavour is described as rich, buttery, and delicate, unlike that of an ordinary duck or goose liver.

It goes wonderfully well with a sweet and syrupy white wine such as a Pinot Gris or a Riesling Vendanges Tardives. You can also surprise your guests with a Côte de Beaune or a soft Champagne!

Store it in the fridge up to its best-by date. Once open, consume within 2 days.

How to eat?

On farmhouse bread, brioche, or on bread containing fruit and/or nuts. Do not spread it: place it gently on the bread.
