Duck Leg Confit (x2)

Weight: 730

Founded in 2006, Les Délices de Saint Orens raises its ducks on Ferme Jeansarthe, a traditional farm in Cauna, a small village by the Adour River at the heart of the Landes region. By managing their ducks’ diet with homegrown harvests and custom feed, they deliver an unmatched product.

Duck Confit meat is tender, subtly sweet, and richly meaty. It pairs beautifully with crunchy green beans or Salardaise potatoes, enhancing its deep flavor.

Ideal with a fine glass of red wine, Duck Confit is often complemented by sweet fruit sauces. If fruit sauces aren’t your preference, mushroom sauce provides a delicious alternative.

Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a few days.
