A northern Rhône white, Crozes-Hermitage from Domaine Finot is made from Marsanne grapes grown on granitic soils. The 2024 vintage is fresh and unoaked, offering green apple and white peach notes with a floral lift of acacia honey. Domaine Finot is a family-run estate in Mercurol, practicing sustainable viticulture across 12 hectares of hillside vines.
Each sip brings a silky, medium body and a bright, saline finish from the cool alpine influence. Unlike richer Hermitage whites, this is lighter and more approachable, with subtle almond and pear skin nuances. The wine sees stainless steel only, preserving its crisp, youthful character.
Serve chilled at 10°C as an aperitif or with fish, goat cheese, or white meats. Perfect alongside roasted chicken, asparagus tart, or Lake Geneva perch. A vibrant, everyday white from the Drôme’s rolling hills.
