A luxuriously creamy cheese from Burgundy, Cremeux de Bourgogne is a decadent affair.
Very similar to Brillat Savarin, its sweet, mild and milky paste is so delicate it will simply melt in your mouth. If you like creamy, this triple cream cheese is a definite winner for you.
This recipe uses the famous “Edmond Fallot” grainy mustard from Dijon – the capital of French mustard – to give a distinctive flavour.
It is often served as a table cheese or in recipes and pairs well with white wines such as Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio.
Should be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in parchment paper.
