The Cotswolds

Cotswold Blue Veined Brie (Organic)

Weight: 300

Maturation: 3-5 weeks

Cheese Type: Blue Soft Cheese with Bloomy rind

The Weavers have been farming in the Cotswolds for three generations, and in the South West of England since before 1570. They proudly follow a traditional method of organic farming and place great store in caring for land and animal welfare. Their closed organic herd enjoys a forage-based diet, and their milk production is not forced.

Cotswold Blue is an organic soft white moulded cheese with a Roquefort blue mould running through the center. It has a delicious creamy texture, with a fresh clean taste that develops as the cheese ages into a rich aromatic piquancy.

This cheese offers delightful flavours when added to salads, melted over steaks, or savoured on a cheese board after a meal, complemented by local chutneys, relishes, and seasonal fruits.

Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within a few days.
