Crafted from the indigenous Trousseau à la Dame grown in the terroir Les Grands Roussots, where the red‑marl subsoil provides ideal conditions, this wine captures the charm of a sunny vintage. Its suave texture, refined structure, and elegant tannins highlight the varietal’s natural finesse while keeping a clear sense of place.
A perfect companion to red meats and characterful, aged cheeses, this Trousseau brings a confident Jura signature to the table. Serve at cellar temperature, around 16 °C, to enjoy its full complexity.
