The Beillevaire adventure began around thirty years ago in Machecoul, south of the Loire Atlantique. Starting as a farmer, following in his parents’ footsteps, Pascal Beillevaire used to sell the family’s milk and cream at markets. During the initial vacations, Pascal and his wife Claudine traveled the roads of France to discover the finest cheeses and dairy products from each region, offering them to their customers.

Made from the finest pasteurized cream, this butter undergoes a traditional churning process, resulting in an exquisite taste and unmatched smoothness. What truly distinguishes it is the inclusion of a generous 4.7% of the highest quality Melanosporum truffle, delivering an exceptional flavour profile.
