Churned from single-herd Jersey milk, then lightly salted with Guérande crystals. No pasteurisation — live enzymes remain. A family — same stone dairy since 1880. Simple and proud.


Slather on a warm baguette
or steamed leeks. Melt over radishes or into polenta. Finish a steak or a baked potato. Pair with Chablis or a cold lager. Let it breathe ten minutes — then taste the meadow.
