A mild cheese that appears to come straight from the warmth of its barn. Its texture ranges from creamy to supple. The taste is fresh and aromatic like the sweet scent of victory after a grueling match.


It can be enjoyed as both an appetizer and or a star player on a cheese platter, and pairs wonderfully with jam.

Store in the fridge, wrapped in cheese paper, and consume within 2 weeks.
