A challenge Stephanie and Xavier Cassigneul decided to met by resuming the activity of this agricultural exploitation. Their goal is to produce a true traditional Camembert with a main word: QUALITY.
More buttery, creamy with fresh cream aroma, this Camembert is not comparable to other. Its frank and fruity taste varies from mild to tangy according to its aging period. Perfect to match with a Granny Smith Apple Tonic or a cider!
