Protected by the AOC label since 1980, Brie de Meaux takes its name from the town of Brie where it originally comes from. One of the creamiest cheese you will find, the paste hidden below its bloomy rind is full of flavours: butter, cream, and mushrooms. After 6 to 8 weeks, Brie de Meaux is fully matured.
Its consistency is supple and offers subtle hints of hazelnuts. Remember to take it out at the beginning of the meal, to let it get back to room temperature and enjoy it at its best.
