Protected by the AOC label since 1980, Brie de Meaux is named after its region of origin. One of the creamiest cheese you will find, the paste hidden below its bloomy rind is full of flavours: butter, cream, and mushrooms. After 6 to 8 weeks, Brie de Meaux is fully matured.

Its consistency is supple. Remember to take it out at the beginning of the meal, to let it get back to room temperature and enjoy it at its best.

Store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
