Alsace

Bredele, Walnut Moon

Weight: 300

In 1768, the young Charles Fortwenger, a skilled master baker, inaugurated a workshop in Gertwiller, Alsace, devoted to crafting delectable gingerbread and biscuits. Fast forward two centuries, and Fortwenger’s renowned gingerbread and bredele continue to be crafted with unwavering respect for the founder’s traditions: premium ingredients, a dash of indulgence, and a generous dose of expertise!

Bredele are biscuits traditionally baked in Alsace, France. The tradition is for each family to bake its own, and then offer it as a Christmas gift to every person surrounding them.

Walnut Moon presents a tender biscuit infused with walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts, elegantly finished with a delectable icing.

These delectable treats make for the perfect accompaniment to your coffee breaks and to your Christmas time desserts.

Keep this delicious treat fresh by storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight!
