Brewing beer is a traditional skill that has been passed down through 6 generations at the Silly brewery. It was founded in 1850 by Marcelin Hypolite. Today Silly brewery is a reference in terms of quality. Each beer is brewed according to traditional methods with the best ingredients: pure water, unique yeast of which only the master brewer knows the secret, the best hops and quality malt.
A top-fermented beer, triple type, re-fermented in the bottle. A triple beer, by definition, is a beer with a high alcohol content. This appellation is a monastic tradition dating back to the Middle Ages. At the tasting, Triple Swaf starts with a spicy side to the nose to continue on a discrete but very present bitterness. All this on a generous body with a very good length in the mouth.
This beer is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs with friends but also your meals. This beer goes particularly well with many cheeses, such as Camembert.
