Pietra Ambrée (12 x 33cL) is a Corsican craft beer brewed by Brasserie Pietra, an independent brewery founded in 1996 in Furiani, near Bastia. As one of the first Corsican breweries, Pietra stands out for its unique approach: blending classic brewing techniques with local ingredients—most notably, chestnut flour from the Castagniccia region.
This amber-golden lager is rich and smooth, with a fine balance between malty sweetness and gentle bitterness. The addition of chestnut flour gives Pietra Ambrée a distinctive, nutty aroma and round body, setting it apart from conventional lagers. It pours with a generous, creamy head and offers notes of toasted cereal, mild honey, and a faint earthy finish.
