Prime rib is a piece of choice for meat lovers. Our 100% Natural Angus Certified Prime Rib is tender and juicy, as the adjacent muscle is rarely solicited. A generous marbling and cap of fat create a rich piece of meat that is full of flavour.

How to eat?

Roasting in the oven at a high temperature to get a nice outer crust, and then finish cooking at a lower temp, or slow roast in the oven and sear the meat at the end. Can also be cooked on the grill. Limited ingredients with simple flavours are best to enjoy this special cut of meat to its fullest.
