With its light red colour and pastel tones, this Arbois is a fresh and subtle wine with aromas of small red fruits. The Poulsard reveals a blend of currant notes accentuated by a peppery line. It’s the perfect thirst-quenching wine.

Ideal for pairing with charcuterie, grilled meats, raclettes, poultry, fish, and spiced cuisines, this wine complements dishes like tajines and couscous. It also pairs excellently with traditional Franche-Comté dishes such as Morteau sausage, Montbéliard sausage, and local smoked meats, making it a wonderful choice with a good trout from our rivers.

Serve it very chilled, around 12 °C, to enjoy its refreshing qualities. Best enjoyed within 2 years for optimal freshness, it can be aged for up to 10 years.
