Founded in 2006, Les Délices de Saint Orens produces its ducks on its own farm, Ferme Jeansarthe, a typical farm located in Cauna, a small village bordered by the Adour River, at the heart of Landes production. By raising their ducks on their own farm and overseeing their diet through their harvests and custom feed preparation, Les Délices de Saint Orens provide an unmatched product.
Duck Rillettes boasts a luxurious, fatty taste complemented by a subtle acidity. Its texture is velvety and creamy, featuring a gentle graininess from the shredded meat. Additionally, a trace of smokiness adds depth, resulting from the cooking technique employed.
Excellent when spread over some bread
Store it in a dry location, away from direct sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and consume within a few days.
