Guyot pears have a fresh, lively flavour with delicate wine-like notes and a subtle spicy aroma. This medium-sized variety is harvested while still green, as it ripens from the inside out. As it matures, the skin develops a beautiful yellow-green colour with a soft red blush and natural speckling. Juicy, refreshing and pleasantly aromatic, Guyot pears are delicious eaten fresh or added to salads, desserts and cheese boards.
