Very similar to Brillat Savarin, its sweet, mild and milky pate is so delicate it will simply melt in your mouth. If you like creamy, this triple cream cheese is a definite winner for you. This truffled version will delight all the gourmet.
It is often served as a dessert cheese and pairs well with piece-bodied red wines such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Syrah.
Should be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in parchment paper.
