Prosecco DOC, Borgo Imperiale Brut

The Borgo Imperiale Prosecco DOC Brut carries a rich history tied to the Decordi family, who have been crafting artisanal wines since 1921, originally naming their wines after ravens before renaming them Borgo Imperiale to better symbolise their noble character and prosperity .

Crafted from 100% Glera grapes, the wine is produced using the Italian Method in pressurised autoclaves, yielding a sparkling wine of remarkable freshness and charm . The taste is an exquisite symphony of refined fruit, revealing a straw yellow colour with a lively, persistent effervescence. On the nose, it is sophisticated and exuberant, offering fragrant notes of white flowers, tropical fruits, apple, and pear . The palate is delightfully fresh, with vibrant acidity and a light, invigorating body that makes it exceptionally easy to enjoy .
