The taste is a perfect harmony of rich, savoury depth and a delicate, oceanic sweetness, with a silky, melt in the mouth texture that speaks of exceptional quality. To appreciate it at its finest, we recommend serving it chilled on a bed of fresh greens with a squeeze of lemon, or elegantly draped over blinis with a dollop of crème fraîche.
