Noire de Slack is a rich, coastal stout from Brasserie des 2 Caps (Brasserie Noyon) in Tardinghen, Pas‑de‑Calais, inspired by the Slack valley and the sea breezes of the Opal Coast. Brewed with roasted malts, this stout pours a deep black with a thick, creamy head and delivers classic notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and a hint of liquorice. The palate is smooth and comforting, with a gentle bitterness and a long, slightly smoky finish.
At 5.4% ABV and in a generous 750 ml bottle, Noire de Slack is ideal for sharing and brings a celebratory touch to any table – serve it well‑chilled (4–8°C) in a stout glass or tumbler to enjoy its deep, roasty aromas and creamy head. Pair it with red meat stews, grilled meats, charcuterie, smoked fish, oysters, or mature cheeses, and finish with a dark chocolate dessert It also works beautifully as a digestif on its own
