Cremoso al Pistacchio

Weight: 125

Cheese Type: Blue

The Cremoso with Pistacchio is the perfect accompaniment to honey, apricots, dried fruit, flatbread, shortbread, brittle, olives, tapenade and olive oil crackers.

Moro Formaggi, a family-run artisan producer from the Northern region of Veneto, Italy, has proudly preserved traditional cheese-making methods since 1930. Following time-honoured craftsmanship, they have specialized since the 1980s in aging cheeses with natural, high-quality ingredients such as aromatic herbs, ash, truffles, and pistachios, producing cheeses with truly unique and complex flavours and textures.

Cremoso al Pistacchio, the delightful sibling of their famed Cremoso al Tartufo, masterfully blends creamy, rich Gorgonzola with vibrant green Sicilian pistachios and luscious pistachio cream. This exquisite cheese strikes a perfect balance between sweet and salty notes, offering a decadent experience that can be savoured not only as a gourmet cheese but also as tasty dessert.
