This house is renowned for its uncompromising quality and deep roots in French fruit growing, working with a trusted network of producers who share their values of rigour and terroir respect. The apricot has a rich European history, cherished since ancient times, with the Mouneyrac name now synonymous with the finest summer fruits.
The taste is a beautiful balance of sweet and tart, often described as a cross between a peach and a plum, with a juicy, firm flesh and a fragrant, floral aroma. Enjoy them fresh at room temperature for a pure burst of flavour, or incorporate them into a fresh fruit salad, a summer tart, or pair them with soft cheeses on a cheeseboard. For a perfect pairing, a crisp, floral Viognier or a chilled glass of Prosecco beautifully complements their aromatic sweetness.
