This cuvée is aged 14 to 16 months in wooden tun and high wooden barrel on fine lees, best enjoyed after at least 30 minutes in a decanter!
An exceptional Pouilly-Fumé from the Redde family. The Sauvignon grapes in this cuvée are grown on the domain’s new vineyard plot located on a former red flint quarry, named after the crowbars used to dig over and plant the vineyard.
The robe is light yellow, clear and shiny. The nose has a strong minerality that goes along with exquisite citrus and flowers flavours, tending to exotic notes. In the mouth, the aromas are even more vivid with a well balanced finish that lingers long after the sip. A real treat to enjoy on seafood and fish dishes as well as goat and aged cheeses.
